Canadian Experience Class Immigration
Experienced immigration is mainly for applicants who have work experience in Canada. Applicants can obtain a Canadian work visa through any legal method (graduation work permit for international students, work permit for spouse, LMIA work permit, etc.). After one year of work experience in Canada, the most important prerequisites for application are met.
Project requirements:
1. Immigration destination: any area outside Quebec;
2. Age: the main applicant is 18 years old and above;
3. Work experience: at least one year of full-time work experience in Canada in the past three years (or a part-time equivalent to one year of full-time work experience);
·The self-employed or employed work experience gained during the full-time study is not recognized;
·The applicant's work experience must be authorized and recognized by relevant Canadian institutions;
·Occupation belongs to NOC level 0, A or B;
·The job responsibilities of the applicant must meet the requirements of NOC occupation description;
One full-time: 30h/week×12 months = 1 year full-time (1560h),
Or one part-time job: 15h/week×24 months = 1 year full-time (1560h), or multiple part-time jobs: 30h/week×12 months×1 more than one job = 1 year full-time (1560h)
Language Requirements:
·If the applicant’s Canadian work experience is in the NOC category 0 or A, he needs to reach the level of CLB 7 in English or NCLC 7 in French (IELTS 4 6),
· If you are in the B category in the NOC, you need English CLB 5 (IELTS reading 4.0 + 3 5.0) or French NCLC 5 (the results are valid for two years);
5. Educational qualifications: In principle, there is no requirement, but if applicants want to use their academic qualifications to add points when scoring CRS, they can provide: Canadian academic qualifications or overseas academic qualifications (ECA qualification certification is required);
6. The applicant and his accompanying persons meet the requirements of medical examination and safety investigation (ie, medical examination and no criminal record);
7. The applicant must be accepted by Canada.
8. The evaluation score of the six major elements reaches 67 points or more.
Note: The main application can apply for immigrants with unmarried children under the age of 22 as dependent children.
Application process:
Obtain a Canadian work visa through legal means
Accumulate one year of work experience in Canada with a legal work permit
Register for Federal Express Entry and fill in your personal information. After submission, the fast-track scoring system will automatically calculate the score for each applicant based on the information filled in
Get an invitation from the federal government
Submit the application to the federal government within 60 days after receiving the invitation
Obtain permanent resident status
Other points that can be added:
1. The provincial nomination is approved to add 600 points
The CRS scores a full score of 1200. With the provincial nomination bonus, it is more than enough to successfully obtain the invitation. The difficulty lies in that the applicant meets the provincial nomination conditions and EE conditions at the same time when submitting immigration.
2. LMIA plus 50-200 points
200 points for NOC 0 senior management professional approval (fewer people meet the requirements), and 50 points for NOC A\B career approval
LMIA is an application by a local Canadian employer to the Human Resources Department of the Canadian Federal Government. It requires the employer to publish an advertisement in the local media and prove to the Canadian Human Resources Department that it has tried its best to recruit the position among local residents, but it is really impossible to recruit. Therefore, I can only resort to the foreign student, so the LMIA is a closed real-name system. With this approval, a high score of 50-200 can be added to the CRS, which basically solves the problem of insufficient scores for a large number of people. .
3. Canadian degree plus 15-30 points (15 points for 2 years college and below, 30 points for 3 years college and above)
4. Bilingual plus 15-30 points
French CLB7 or above can get extra points, English CLB4 and below 15 points, English CLB5 and above 30 points, bilingual talents are currently very suitable for EE immigration.
5. Adult direct brothers and sisters who live in Canada will get 15 points.
